Service Description

Complex dogs and their families need extra support. Living with a dog with complex issues such as separation distress, excessive anxiety, complex toileting issues, aggressive, fearful, assertive or distressed behaviours can be very challenging. In some of these cases these behaviours are often situational and happen infrequently, for others its a daily juggle. For these families some modifications around the home, the addition of fun and engaging games, basic training, education and acknowledgement of our dogs emotional state, will set you and your dog on a healthier and more enjoyable path. For a small number of these cases a canine care team maybe needed to bring additional tools to the table. On top of the environmental modifications, games and training other services such as veterinary medicine, certified canine nutritionist, certified canine body therapist are added to the tool box to help these dogs feel better, more comfortable and safer. Reducing the problem behaviours that are associated with these complex dogs. This 2 hour consultation is followed up with an in-depth report and training plan that can be shared with other industry professionals such as Veterinarians, Veterinary Behavioural Specialists, Canine Nutritionist, Canine Physiotherapist/other body therapists or other animal care professionals. The report will also come with an estimate of sessions and cost for an ongoing training program with us, to achieve the outcomes you are working towards.

Cancellation Policy

Private session, Classes or Courses: NO refund policy for cancellations within 1 week of start date, or during a course. In cases of sickness please get in contact as soon as possible and we will reschedule your session at the next available time. Private sessions, Classes or Course may be changed. We will do our very best to notify you of any date or time changes 24 prior to the date and time of your training. In some case, for example extreme weather or sickness, we may need to cancel your class at late notice. In these circumstances you will be either rescheduled to the next available date and time, or you will be given a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.
