Sports and Games for Dogs

Service Description

These classes add an exciting twist to the traditional way of training dogs. Through our sports and games classes we will teach you how to lure, shape and clicker train your dog through fun games. We will explore sports, games and tricks such as basic agility obstacles and techniques, body exercise tricks, scent games, recall and target games. Those who attend multiple classes you will be sent home with some fun skills to practice so each week we can advance you and your dogs skill in the sports and games we are exploring. These classes are brilliant for those dogs who LOVE to work, enjoy engaging with their owners and for owners to offer their dogs that little bit more! Our Sports and Games classes are open to dogs 6 months and above and exercises will be modified for developing puppies. These classes are offered on a casual basis where you can book just 1 class, or purchase 3 or 6 class pass. You can then book in days and times that are suitable you within the contracted period. DATES for 2023: Sunday 8th, 15th and 22nd October, 26th November, 3rd and 10th December* Time: 10:00 - 11:00 Location: Granma's Refuge, Ingleside. COST: $120/3 class pass What to bring: - A large pocket/pouch full of your dog's FAVOURITE food rewards e.g. Prime100 roll meat, Ziwi Peak, Providore, a little bit of cheese, Frankfurt - Your dog's favourite tug toy, or ball - Your Dog, already attached to its leash; on a flat collar. - Your welcome to bring Fido with a harness on as well as their collar - One dog per handler - Children above 8 years old are welcome and must be accompanied by their parent or carer

Cancellation Policy

Private session, Classes or Courses: NO refund policy for cancellations within 1 week of start date, or during a course. In cases of sickness please get in contact as soon as possible and we will reschedule your session at the next available time. Private sessions, Classes or Course may be changed. We will do our very best to notify you of any date or time changes 24 prior to the date and time of your training. In some case, for example extreme weather or sickness, we may need to cancel your class at late notice. In these circumstances you will be either rescheduled to the next available date and time, or you will be given a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.
